Účastníci internetové aukce musejí být registrováni u livebid.cz a mít příslušnou aukci aktivovánu (registrace i aktivace
online před aukcí). K přihazování před aukcí (early bidding) i ve vlastní aukci se pak stačí již jen přihlásit. Písemné limity na požadované položky je možno podat před
aukcí osobně u aukčního domu, nebo poslat mailem či poštou tamtéž. Přihazování po telefonu během této aukce není možné.
Dražené předměty jsou starožitné a mají tudíž prakticky vždy známky stáří a používání, i pokud není zmíněno v katalogu.
Zájemci mají příležitost přesvědčit se o stavu nabízených předmětů během výstavy před aukcí, nebo u vybraných předmětů
požádat aukční dům o tuto informaci telefonicky nebo mailem.
